Dr. Blue joined
Key Concepts, L.L.C. in 2005. She has 37
years of public school experience from preschool to post
secondary.
Her experience includes: school principal, Dean of
Students, Special Ed director, instructional services director,
assistant superintendent for instruction, adjunct professor for
colleges and universities.
Dr. Blue received a
B.A. in Spanish and English; a MA in Curriculum and Instruction; Ed.S. in Administration; and a Doctorate in Education with
emphasis in Administration, Curriculum and Instruction.
